I’ve been where you are. I know what it’s like to drift from discipline — and how hard it can be to find your footing again when motivation runs dry.
Me personally? I’ve gone from prepping for bodybuilding shows to feeling washed up, soft, and unsure of myself. I needed something that would hold when life got heavy — not perfection, but a system built to last under real pressure.
Through this process, I’ve spent over a decade studying how the body works, and even longer developing the discipline, structure, and realistic ways to put a sustainable system into practice in the real world.
I’m Tajon. Doctor of Physical Therapy. Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. 10-year U.S. Air Force veteran. Husband, father, and a man of faith.
